We are currently seeking Seasonal Youth Staff to support the delivery of activities for our Teens.

We’re responsible for safeguarding and entertaining children and young people in secure, market-leading youth facilities. Our talented youth teams deliver a wide range of first class childcare activities, including themed sessions, game shows, arts, crafts, sports and more. This opportunity will allow you, as a qualified professional, to take a new experience in your career without the commitment of a long contract.

What we are looking for:

All applicants must have current and previous experience within a child care/ educational establishment for a minimum of 12 months, covering age groups between 13 - 17 years.; All applicants must be qualified at Level 3 Childcare Diploma level or above or hold a teaching degree and/or PGCE.; All applicants must currently work within a childcare or educational setting.; We seek for people who are passionate to deliver fun yet safe activities for our children onboard.; All applicants must be able to commitment to working a minimum of 4 weeks per year within peak Summer, Christmas, Easter, or Half Term holidays.; This role is ideally suited for those keen to travel the world and make new friends.; It takes great passion and real dedication to maintain our position at the top. Application Process:

If shortlisted, you will be invited to submit a video 'Shine' interview as your first assessment. After your video submission, a final shortlist will be made and candidates will be invited to book themselves in for a 1-hour online interview. The online interviews will take place Mon-Fri throughout the UK summer holidays.

During the recruitment and on boarding process we may ask you what holidays/weeks in the year you would be available, please have this in mind upon application.
