Our client is looking for a Customer Sales Advisor to join their friendly and supportive team. This is a varied role where no two days are the same, combining sales, customer service, administration, and general site responsibilities. Working Hours

- 40 hours per week
- Shifts scheduled between 9:00am and 7:00pm
- Weekend working on a 1 in 4 rota (approximately 10:00am – 5:00pm)
- Two weekdays off when working a weekend
- Respond to customer enquiries via telephone, email and face-to-face.
- Identify customer needs and recommend the most suitable solutions.
- Maximise every sales opportunity while delivering an outstanding customer experience.
- Build strong relationships with both new and existing customers.
- Complete administrative tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain high standards of presentation and housekeeping throughout the site.
- Ensure health and safety procedures are followed at all times.
- Support the wider team with day-to-day operational duties.
- Take responsibility for the site during periods of lone working following full training.
- Previous experience in a customer service and/or sales environment.
- Excellent communication and listening skills.
- A positive, proactive attitude with a genuine desire to help customers.
- Confidence working towards individual and team sales targets.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable working independently as well as part of a close knit team.
- A flexible approach to working hours, including weekends on a rota basis.
