Are you a Procurement Manager looking for an exciting new opportunity where you will play a pivotal role in developing strategy within a key business department?

On offer is a fantastic opportunity where you will lead and mentor the procurement department and play an important role in the strategic decision-making process of the business.

Alongside this you will be given the autonomy to put your own stamp on the department with a particular focus upon continuous improvement and staying up to date with the latest technology and industry developments.

The company are a specialist supplier of machinery to a wide-range of industry sectors and due to the ongoing growth of the business they are now looking to recruit a Procurement Manager.

This position would a Procurement Manager from a plant/engineering/vehicle background looking for an interesting and varied role.

The Role:

• Overseeing a small team of procurement professionals
• Developing strategy and focus on continuous improvement
• Fully office based

The Candidate:

• Previous managerial experience within procurement
• Plant/engineering/vehicle/mechanical industry experience
• Keen focus on agile methodology
