Employment Solicitor (NQ–3 PQE)

Looking to build your career within a busy and supportive Employment team ? This is a great opportunity for a Newly Qualified to 3 years' PQE Employment Solicitor to further develop experience in a broad mix of contentious, advisory and transactional employment law work.
Working closely with experienced colleagues, you'll advise a diverse employer client base while developing your technical expertise and client relationships within a collaborative environment.

The role
- Advise clients on a range of employment law matters
- Assist with Employment Tribunal claims, including drafting ET3s
- Provide day-to-day HR and employee relations advice
- Draft contracts, policies and settlement agreements
- Support the employment aspects of corporate transactions
- Deliver client training and legal updates
About you
- NQ–3 years' PQE in employment law
- Experience of contentious and/or non-contentious employment matters
- Excellent communication and drafting skills
- Commercial and client-focused approach
- Organised and able to manage competing priorities
- Keen to develop your career within employment law
