Based in a small, single-test room store, you'll manage a close-knit team and play a key role in delivering personalised care to every customer. • Lead and motivate a small team to deliver outstanding customer service
• Provide expert advice on frame and lens choices based on prescriptions and lifestyle needs
• Oversee the accurate fitting and dispensing of eyewear
• Manage store operations including stock control, rotas, and compliance
• Drive business performance through strong team leadership and commercial awareness
• To work full time or at least 4 days a week
• Saturday work is expected (3 in 4 negotiable)
• No Sundays

Package and Benefits

• £30k - £35k negotiable depending on experience and skillset

Key Skills and Qualifications

• Either a GOC-registered Dispensing Optician or an experienced optical professional with strong dispensing skills
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience in optics
• Confident communicator with a customer-first approach
• Organised, proactive, and comfortable working in a smaller team setting
• Ability to support and contribute to the success of a single testing room store
