This highly regarded national firm is looking for an additional Senior Tax Manager for their Corporate M&A team. If you enjoy getting involved in challenging and diverse technical issues, this role offers all that and more.
The team are engaged in all manner of compliance and advisory projects, from tax due diligence, structuring and international advisory to undertaking tax audits under IFRS and UK and US GAAP. The client base is broad and ranges from small start-ups to large multinationals across every sector.
The firm itself is financially robust and there is lots of new work coming in. You will be heavily involved with your clients and work together with them to identify and find solutions to their issues. Your exceptional relationship building skills, together with your commercial mindset, will allow you to partner effectively with your clients, as well as spot new revenue leads.
