A great opportunity for a skilled English teacher to join a large, high performing all through setting with strong behaviour standards and a supportive leadership team.

This is a large all through academy with over 2600 pupils, offering strong academic outcomes and outstanding behaviour and personal development ratings from Ofsted. The school maintains high expectations and a well structured environment supported by excellent leadership.
About the role:
You will deliver engaging English lessons across KS3 and KS4, maintaining high standards of teaching, behaviour and progress. You will work alongside a committed team focused on strong outcomes.
We're looking for a dedicated candidate to:
- Plan and deliver high quality English lessons
- Support pupils in achieving strong academic progress
- Maintain excellent behaviour and a positive classroom climate
- Contribute to departmental planning and assessment
Requirements -
The ideal candidate would have:
- QTS and experience teaching English
- Strong subject knowledge and effective behaviour management
- A commitment to raising attainment
- Experience teaching KS3 and KS4
