We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated MSK Physiotherapist to join our friendly and proactive multidisciplinary team at Victoria Hospital, Rothesay.
This is an excellent opportunity to develop and consolidate your MSK expertise while delivering high-quality outpatient care to people living with musculoskeletal conditions in the unique rural setting of Argyll and Bute.
The successful candidate will work as an autonomous practitioner within the MSK Physiotherapy Service, providing comprehensive assessment, clinical diagnosis, and evidence-based treatment for patients with a wide range of complex presentations. You will play a key role in supporting the delivery of a modern, person-centred MSK service.

You will have opportunities to participate in service evaluation, quality improvement, and ongoing service development to ensure our MSK provision remains effective, efficient, and aligned with best practice.
Based at Victoria Hospital, Rothesay, this post would suit candidates who currently live on Bute, are looking to relocate to this attractive island community, or are able to travel regularly from the mainland.
Flexible working arrangements may be available, depending on service requirements.
The ideal candidate will be committed to ongoing professional development, actively working to enhance their MSK knowledge and skills and progress towards advanced-level practice.
