If so, this role is worth exploring if it could be right for you. Our client, a specialist litigation practice, is looking for a solicitor to join their growing insurance litigation team. The role will focus on the defender side across a wide range of PI issues, including RTA, EL/PL, occupier’s liability and disease. You can expect to utilise and develop your problem solving & negotiating skills, progress your client management approach, and have the opportunity to appear in court. This is a fantastic opportunity to hone your legal skills and learn from some of the best litigators in this sector.
