Together we make a difference, develop and learn, and support each other. Every day with us is different, but our mission remains the same: To champion the rights, needs and ambitions of the people we support - they are at the heart of everything we do. We stand by them and we work together for change.
We believe that everyone deserves a chance to learn and space to thrive and that the right education can change lives. You’ll help break down barriers to education for young people, helping them learn and grow at their own pace.

Are you a passionate and resilient teacher looking for an opportunity to make a lasting impact on the lives of autistic children and young people?
The Together Trust is looking for an experienced and compassionate Teacher to join our dedicated team, working across our Emotionally Based School Avoidance (EBSA) Team and Inscape House School . This is an exciting opportunity to support pupils whose anxiety has impacted their ability to access education, helping them rebuild confidence, develop resilience and successfully re-engage with learning.
Based at our Cheadle campus, you'll work both within our specialist EBSA provision and the main school, delivering personalised learning programmes that enable pupils to achieve positive educational and personal outcomes.
About Inscape House School

About the Role

Using trauma-informed, autism-informed and nurture-based approaches, you'll support pupils to build confidence, overcome barriers to learning and, where appropriate, successfully transition back into the main school environment.
Alongside outreach teaching, you'll also work within the wider teaching team at Inscape House School, delivering engaging and meaningful learning experiences tailored to individual needs.
Key Responsibilities
You'll:
Deliver personalised teaching programmes for autistic pupils with anxiety, ADHD, SEMH and other additional needs.
Plan and teach engaging lessons adapted to meet individual learning profiles.

As a Grade 4 Teacher, you will also:
Demonstrate an excellent track record of securing outstanding progress for autistic pupils.
Lead and effectively deploy a team of Education Assistants.
Plan and coordinate support staff to maximise pupil engagement and independence.
