We pride ourselves on providing nurseries with enthusiastic, reliable staff who genuinely love working with children. We have roles across two tiers: The Qualified Tier (Level 2 & Level 3): You hold a "Full & Relevant" Early Years or Childcare qualification (e.g., NVQ, CACHE, Level 3 Early Years Educator, NNEB). Please note: Due to government ratio regulations, Health & Social Care or Teaching Assistant (TA) qualifications do not meet the criteria for Qualified Practitioner rates. The Unqualified/Support Tier: You might not have the official paperwork, but you have the heart and the energy for it! We welcome warm, experienced applicants with 3+ months of verifiable experience working in a private nursery or preschool setting. Compliance (The 2025 Standard): Safety first! To be counted in nursery ratios, you must hold a Full Paediatric First Aid (PFA) certificate.
