Directorate

The Directorate of People, Culture & Wellbeing is seeking a Resourcing Administrator to play a key role in supporting the delivery of the temporary staffing & Resourcing service within the People Operations team.

What you will be doing:

• Provide comprehensive high quality administrative support across recruitment, temporary staffing and onboarding activities.
• Support UKVI compliance activities and maintain accurate records relating to visa requirements and immigration documentation in line with Home Office regulations.
• Liaise with Payroll, Finance, hiring managers and external agencies to support recruitment and temporary staffing processes
• Work flexibly across Resourcing, providing support and cross-cover across recruitment and temporary staffing activities as required.

Qualifications/ experience:

• Experience working within an HR, recruitment, resourcing or temporary staffing environment 
• Experience undertaking administrative processes require a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Experience undertaking Right to Work checks and applying UKVI compliance requirements.
• GCSE English and Mathematics (or equivalent)
