Looking for more than just another legal support role?
This is an opportunity to join a growing Private Client department at an exciting stage of its development. They have just announced the opening of their new office in Knutsford and are a continuously growing firm.
You’ll be joining a team that is investing heavily in its future and creating genuine opportunities for ambitious people to grow with the business.
The firm has built its success through developing and retaining talented people, with many of its senior leaders having progressed internally over long careers.
Who we’re looking for
- Previous experience as a Legal Assistant or in a legal support role – Essential
- Private Client experience including wills, probate or LPAs – Essential
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong communication and client care skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Team-oriented approach and willingness to support colleagues
- Proactive attitude with a desire to learn and develop
- Interest in building a long-term career within a growing firm
What you’ll be doing
- Supporting fee earners across a range of Private Client matters
- Assisting with client communications and file management
- Preparing documents and correspondence
- Providing administrative and matter management support
- Helping progress files efficiently from instruction to completion
- Working closely with solicitors and other members of the Private Client team
- Contributing to the smooth running of a busy and growing department
