Faststream Recruitment is recruiting an experienced Assistant Systems Manager on behalf of a leading luxury ocean cruise operator.

This is an excellent opportunity for an IT professional to join a world-class onboard team, supporting the Systems Manager with the maintenance and operation of IT systems, networks, hardware and software across the vessel.

Key Responsibilities Support the maintenance of onboard IT systems, networks, servers and hardware.; Troubleshoot and repair PCs, printers and other technical equipment.; Provide IT support and basic systems training to crew and guests.; Support guest-facing technology, including WiFi, televisions and digital systems.; Respond to technical issues and ensure critical systems remain operational.; Assist the Systems Manager with daily IT operations and inventory control.;

Requirements Minimum 1 year's experience working with IT systems, including end-user support and systems administration.; Degree in Computer Science or related field, with formal IT hardware and software training.; Strong PC hardware, software and troubleshooting skills.; Excellent written and spoken English.; Strong administrative and communication skills.; Experience with MXP is preferred.; Flexible, service-focused and able to work effectively under pressure.;
