This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Field Service Engineer to contribute to service excellence and customer satisfaction in a dynamic, team-oriented environment. Role As a Field Service Engineer, you'll be responsible for delivering professional, efficient support for MFDs and photocopiers. You'll work both independently and collaboratively, ensuring timely fault resolution and maintaining strong client relationships. Key Responsibilities: Provide on-site technical support within agreed SLA timeframes Diagnose and resolve hardware and software faults efficiently Perform routine servicing, updates, and equipment modifications Support installation and configuration of devices Maintain accurate service call logs and documentation Identify and report recurring faults for proactive resolution Share technical knowledge and support team development Manage boot stock and site inventory effectively Deliver outstanding customer service and build rapport with key accounts Cover for colleagues during absences or peak demand periods Attend manufacturer training to stay current with product developments Ideal Candidate Profile: Proven experience in field-based support for MFDs, photocopiers, or print solutions Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Customer-focused with a commitment to service excellence Organised, proactive, and able to work independently or as part of a team Salary: Up to £36,500 + 10% bonus Company Car, Mobile Phone, Laptop, Pension Scheme Healthcare 26 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays Ongoing Manufacturer Training How to Apply: Click the link below to submit your CV for consideration.
