Let your expertise shine Monday through Friday during regular working hours, providing invaluable service to those who need it most. Working Pattern:

* Effectively manage a caseload of around 40-45 clients, including those on opioid substitution therapy (OST), those with dependency issues, and individuals with low-level use
* Complete and maintain comprehensive compliance documentation, such as Treatment Outcome Profiles (TOPs), care plans, risk assessments, child risk screens, and physical health screens to ensure high standards of care
* Conduct thorough assessments and apply your sound knowledge of substances, harm reduction, relapse prevention, needle exchange, and safeguarding
* Confidently navigate case management databases and demonstrate an ability to quickly adapt and integrate into your team's processes
