KMMS Ambassadors - June and July 2026

We are looking for ambassadors to support assessments at Kent and Medway Medical School (KMMS) in June and July.

We are in need of ambassadors to work on the below date and time:

• Friday 26th June – 08:00 – 17:30
• Tuesday 30th June – 08:00 – 16:15
• Thursday 2nd July – 08:00 – 17:30
• Monday 6th July – 08:00 – 17:30
• Thursday 9th July  08:00-17:15
• Monday 13th July - 08:00-16:15
• Thursday 16th July - 08:00-17:30
• Friday 17th July - 08:00-17:30

Please state in your cover letter which dates you are available to work.

Duties and responsibilities

• Taking registers and sign posting students and staff around the building
• Providing support on the assessment circuits, supporting the KMMS circuit timekeepers where necessary
• Escorting students from circuits to restrooms
• Escorting students from holding rooms to the restrooms
• Provide support where needed in each of the holding rooms
• Roaming support, finding key members of the team if any member of staff/student needs support from an academic
• Transportation of student baggage

Skills and experience

• You must be 18+
• Ideally have previous ambassador experience
• Being comfortable engaging with others
• You must disclose any conflicts of interest, for example if you know a KMMS student in a professional or personal capacity.
