Providing a level of support to residents as determined by their care plan, to meet their physical, intellectual, emotional and social care needs.

Be part of maintaining and developing plans set out by Health & Social Care Standards, My support, My life.

Promoting and adhering to Argyll & Bute policies and procedures.

Be part of an exciting profession where continued learning and development is essential in supporting vulnerable adults and the wider community in Argyll & Bute Council.

You require to be compassionate and understanding of others with an ability to empathise, as well as adapting to changes and encouraging. Good communication skills and the ability to be flexible in working shifts.
