Our client is a large accountancy firm they seek a qualified tax professional (ACA//ICASATT/CTA/ACCA or ex Inspector) professional to join their Corporate Tax Compliance Team. As a Corporate Tax Compliance Manager, you will manage a portfolio of clients acting as their primary contact, you will review and submit tax accounting schedules and corporate tax returns and work across a wide range of clients with opportunities to specialise in areas such as tax accounting, real estate, financial services, private equity, large corporates, private business or Pillar 2. Our client has opportunities in a range of offices including Manchester, Leeds, Birmingham, Cardiff, Glasgow, Newcastle and London. They work on a hybrid basis (3 days in the office on a full time week), they can offer part time and flexible working patterns. Will consider hires from industry or practice - key thing is you will need large group corporate tax experience. This is a collaborative, tech-enabled group delivering high-quality compliance services across the UK. Day to day your work will include:
• You will work alongside other tax specialists managing a range of activities for your clients, including:
• Up-front scoping and engagement planning and liaising with the Data Management team on the approach to data collection for your clients
• Managing a portfolio of clients, acting as the primary contact for all corporate tax compliance matters
• Review and submission of tax accounting schedules and review and submission of corporation tax returns
Management and development of more junior staff.
