An award-winning financial services provider is seeking a highly experienced Manager/Senior Manager to oversee the lifecycle management of complex client structures. You will work closely with Client Directors, ensuring accurate entity management, effective risk oversight, and seamless liaison with third-party providers. Ideal candidates will have 5–10 years’ experience serving corporate clients, strong knowledge of Employee Benefit Trusts, and professional qualifications such as STEP, ICSA, accountancy, or legal. With responsibility for mentoring junior colleagues and acting as an authorised signatory, this is a senior opportunity to contribute to a high-performing, client-focused team.
