The school supports children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), communication difficulties, and associated learning needs. As an Autism Support Assistant, you will work closely with class teachers, therapists, and SEN professionals to deliver tailored support that promotes independence, confidence, and emotional wellbeing.
You will help implement individual education plans, support sensory regulation strategies, and adapt learning activities to meet each pupil’s unique needs. Every day will offer the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in a child’s development.
