Area Sales Manager - Municipal & Waste Management Equipment

Driving growth within our Municipal & Specialist Waste Management Equipment division across the UK

Prospecting, winning, and developing new customers while growing existing accounts

Identifying and converting rental, leasing, and service opportunities to maximise revenue

Building strong, long-term customer relationships and delivering a first-class client experience

Monitoring market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities

Managing pricing, contracts, and pipelines to ensure profitable, sustainable growth

Working cross-functionally with internal teams including customer service, risk, and marketing

Staying ahead of industry legislation and technological developments

Working closely with a supportive, hands-on team that values your input

What You’ll Bring

A proactive mindset and a sense of ownership in your work

Proven experience in the Municipal, Waste Management, or related sectors

A strong track record of driving sales growth and winning new business

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

Commercial acumen with the ability to spot and act on opportunities

Confidence working independently while contributing to a wider team

Strong organisational and analytical skills with a results-driven approach
