Apex Hotel's Spa offers a diverse menu, including beauty, massage and the use of ESPA products. We are currently looking for a Casual Spa Therapist to assist the Spa with busy periods. 

Starting your Journey:

As a Casual Spa Therapist, you will deliver amazing brand standards and immaculate guest facilities. You will be responsible for your own work and take pride in the high standard of cleanliness. As a casual Spa Therapist you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, through the delivery of health and beauty treatments and customer care and you will also promote the spa products and services.

You will embrace every opportunity to create extra special moments for our guests to provide a personal experience our guests will want to share.

Joining the dedicated Spa department, you will:

• Conduct treatments to an exceptional degree, following Apex Brand Standards at all times
• Ensure reception and relaxation areas are clean, tidy and welcoming, as well as fully stocked
• Handle enquiries in person, via telephone and email
• Process bookings and payments
• Maintain and clean all equipment to an effective operational level.
• Meet required standards of service delivery within the spa (Efficiency, Accuracy, Customer Care) with an emphasis on exceeding customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Provide a tailored service towards individual clients
• Be responsible for working unsupervised,

As a Casual Spa Therapist, you will have excellent attention to detail in order to provide consistent standards. This is a vital role in the function of the hotel. You will love chatting to our guests offering help and assistance, you will be a great multi-tasker, you will be efficient at solving guest enquiries and you will always have a smile for our teams and guests. We want you to be yourself here, bringing your infectious personality which helps makes Apex who we are.

On your first day you will begin a structured 12 week learning journey, giving you the skills, knowledge, and confidence to be a great Spa Therapist. With this in mind, we are looking for a Spa Therapist who:

• • Can deliver excellent standards
  • Holds a genuine desire to provide a Warmer Welcome to our guests
  • Has experience of working in a customer facing role
  • Holds a HNC in beauty therapy
  • Has excellent level of English - written and oral
  • Previous experience of working within a Spa environment is desirable
