Are you a confident communicator with a passion for sales and customer service? We're looking for a motivated Outbound Sales Advisor to join our growing team and help drive sales through outbound calling, lead generation, and customer relationship building.

What You'll Be Doing
- Contact existing and prospective customers to promote our products and services.
- Identify sales opportunities and upsell our own-brand products.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Manage warm leads and sales pipelines through our CRM system.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets and KPIs.
- Deliver exceptional customer service on every interaction.
- Work closely with Customer Service and other departments to maximise sales opportunities.
- Keep customer records accurate and up to date.
What We're Looking For
- Previous sales, telesales, or customer service experience - 6 months plus.
- A confident and professional telephone manner.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Target-driven with a positive attitude and desire to succeed.
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- A team player who enjoys contributing to a shared goal.

Option 1: Monday to Friday (40 Hours)
- Monday: 08:50am - 7:30pm
- Tuesday to Thursday: 08:50am - 5:20pm
- Friday: 08:50am - 3:20pm
Option 2: Monday to Thursday (40 Hours)
- Monday to Thursday: 08:50am - 7:30pm
