A Community Payback Order (CPO) Co-ordinator is a vital justice services role. You bridge the gap between the justice system, local charities, individuals within the community, community councils and council to secure placements for offenders to work, both supervised and unsupervised within personal placement's. You line manage Workplace Supervisors, ensuring integrity, equality and role modelling are central to their role. A good all round knowledge of DIY is essential alongside H&S, risk assessment and practicality.
