Delivery Project Co-ordinator

Role: Delivery Project Co-ordinator Location: Salford, Manchester Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 ‍Profile Planet Recruitment are proud to be working with a very well-respected telecommunications company, who are looking to add a Delivery Project Co-ordinator to their team. The Project Delivery Specialist will deliver B2B products to agreed success criteria. A big part of this position will be managing key supplier relationships and working as a collective team to ensure results are met for customers. The right candidate will need to pro-actively manage the overall delivery of both standard and complex products to the highest possible standards. Reporting to the Senior Operations Delivery Manager, you will work closely with suppliers and internal teams that support the smooth transition from sales to delivery to service. Key Responsibilities Full accountability of Project / communication and customer ownership This would include from Bid stage to billing stage Coordinate cross-functional teams to support delivery of standard and nonstandard product delivery. Ensure compliance with organisational standards, policies, and best practices across all orders and projects. Facilitate stakeholder communication by providing regular updates, managing expectations, and addressing concerns to ensure smooth project execution. Mentor and support team-members in developing their skills and capabilities, contributing to a positive and growth-oriented team culture. Identify and mitigate risks proactively, applying problem-solving techniques to prevent potential delays or issues in project delivery.Essential Experience Proven experience delivering IT or Telecoms, business change or digital transformation projects. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
