Monarch Education are seeking qualified Primary Teachers (QTS) to work across a range of schools in Coventry and Warwickshire .

We offer a variety of opportunities to suit your needs, including long-term positions paid to scale , as well as flexible short-term and daily supply roles to fit around your availability.

• Deliver high-quality teaching across EYFS, KS1, and KS2
• Plan and deliver lessons (long-term roles) or cover pre-planned lessons (supply)
• Maintain strong classroom and behaviour management
• Adapt teaching to meet the needs of all pupils
• Create a positive and inclusive learning environment
• Work collaboratively with school staff
• Ensure safeguarding and school policies are followed at all times

Person Specification

Essential:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Experience working in a UK primary school
• Strong knowledge of the Primary National Curriculum
• Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills
• Flexible, reliable, and professional approach
• Commitment to supporting pupil progress and wellbeing
