Private Client Tax Assistant Manager
Walsall
Circa £35,000 - £40,000 (Dependent on Experience)
Accountancy practice and tax recruitment specialists Clark Wood are delighted to be working with a leading firm of Chartered Accountants who are currently looking to add a Private Client Tax Assistant Manager to join their team in North Walsall.
The ideal candidate will have experience in working with clients from the following area: Private clients and proprietors of OMB’s (Partnerships and Companies), non-dom and non-resident clients, UK based HNWI, property owning clients using corporate vehicles and trusts.
As a Private Client Tax Assistant Manager you will be managing a portfolio consisting of a mix of clients with multiple sources of earned and investment income.
You will be dealing with larger partnerships and high net worth individuals as well as dealing with a wide range of capital gains tax issues.
You will be responsible for managing other members of the team and mentoring junior members of staff including reviewing their work.
The successful individual will have experience in Self-Assessment and preparation of tax computations, report writing and ad hoc advisory work.
You will also have good knowledge of international tax principles such as transfer pricing and mechanics of double tax relief and operation of tax treaties

Requirements:
CTA Qualified (ACA Qualified will also be considered)
Take an active role in business development
Sound understanding of personal tax legislation
Tax planning experience is essential
