Senior Planner
Company: Tier 1 contractor / Building
Salary: £75,000 - £85,000 plus benefits
Location: North West
The Opportunity..
A leading tier 1 contractor is looking for a Senior Planner to work on a mix of tenders and live projects in the North West. They have a full order book and work with a mix of public and private sector clients, with a regional turnover approaching £200m. Projects range from £10m to £100m+ and currently include healthcare (P23), retail/mixed use developments, university work and various commercial schemes.
What will they consider?
An experienced Planner looking for a step up to Senior Planner.
An established Senior Planner that is looking for a fresh challenge.
Key requirements for the Senior Planner position..
Main contracting background within building/construction sector.
A practical construction management or engineering background is preferred but not essential.
Proficient in the use of Asta PowerProject software.
Exposure to a variety of commercial construction projects upwards of £10m.
Excellent communication skills, works well under pressure, team player, able to work autonomously when required.
Full UK Driving Licence.
Qualified to a high standard in a relevant subject.
Ideal Locations..
The ideal candidate will live in the Manchester / Cheshire / Merseyside areas.
