Salary: NJC 3 - £13.38 per hour

About You:

Lynn Grove Academy is seeking a calm, reliable, and detail-focused individual to join our team of Exam Invigilators. You’ll be someone who understands the importance of fairness and integrity in education, and who takes pride in helping students perform at their best during exam season.

You’ll bring a patient and professional attitude, excellent communication skills, and a sharp eye for detail. Whether you’re guiding students to their seats, monitoring the exam room, or ensuring procedures are followed to the letter, you’ll be a reassuring presence who helps everything run smoothly.

Our Ideal candidate will have:

About the Exam Department :

The Exam Department is dedicated to ensuring a smooth and efficient examination process for all students. Our team of experienced invigilators and administrative staff work diligently to uphold the highest standards of academic integrity and fairness. We meticulously plan and coordinate exam schedules, provide clear guidelines, and offer support to both students and teachers throughout the examination period. Our goal is to create a calm and organised environment where students can perform to the best of their abilities.
