Need cleaning for smoke-damaged barbecue in backyard
I’m looking for someone to thoroughly clean my barbecue after a summer of use. It’s a charcoal grill with a removable grate and lid, plus the lower tray that tends to get oily and charred. I’d like a deep clean: remove grease, scrub grates, wipe down exterior, and ensure there’s no leftover residue that could affect flavor. Availability for a session of about 2.5 hours on a weekend would be ideal, and I’d prefer eco-friendly cleaning products if possible. Please let me know your approach and any preparation I should do beforehand.
