In the Receptionist role you will be:
- Answering and directing incoming telephone calls, taking accurate messages
- Welcoming visitors and providing a professional front-of-house service
- Assisting with light office or showroom duties, including preparing refreshments and keeping communal areas tidy
- Providing general administrative support to the wider team
- Maintaining a friendly, organised and efficient reception environment
To be successful, you will need:
- Previous reception, front-of-house or customer service experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A professional, approachable and positive manner
- The ability to multitask in a busy environment
- Reliability, punctuality and strong organisational skills
