Danaher seeks a Quality Engineer for its Cytiva manufacturing facility in Newquay to drive quality compliance, investigate non-conformances, and lead continuous improvement initiatives in a regulated production environment.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate compliance improvements and non-conformance reporting within production
- Lead investigations and corrective/preventive action tracking with effectiveness reviews
- Analyze reject data and quality test results to identify improvement priorities
- Review and develop standard operating procedures for production and quality control
- Support external audits and manage product development transfer activities
Requirements
- Experience in ISO 9001, ISO 13485, or pharmaceutical regulated manufacturing
- Knowledge of regulated manufacturing facility systems and practices
- Background in Quality Assurance and Quality Control systems
- Proficiency with Danaher Business System tools and Statistical Process Control
- Quality accreditation or certification plus relevant engineering degree
- PSP practitioner certification
- Lean or DBS training advantageous
