Gulf British Academy is seeking enthusiastic, motivated, and vision-aligned EYFS Reception teachers to join our growing school in the heart of Kuwait.

We are seeking UK-qualified, proactive, and passionate EYFS Reception teachers who excel in:

• Building warm, trusting relationships with young children and their families
• Creating a nurturing, language-rich and playful environment
• Embedding structured talk, communication and language development, and early enquiry in daily routines
• Planning engaging, purposeful and developmentally appropriate learning experiences
• Observing children closely and using assessment to target next steps
• Supporting children to become confident communicators, empathetic friends and independent learners
• Contributing positively to our inclusive, collaborative EYFS team

Applicants must be fluent English-speaking graduates holding a UK Department for Education teacher number or completing their final year of training.

Essential Requirements

• UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – PGCE, BEd or equivalent
• UK bachelor’s degree in education or a curriculum subject
• Successful and recent EYFS or early primary experience in a UK or BSO-accredited school
• Strong understanding of the EYFS Framework and early child development
• Ability to plan for individual needs and stages of development
• Effective classroom, behaviour and routine management
• Strong digital literacy (Google Workspace, shared drives, etc.)
