HCPC registration fees: Have your annual HCPC registration fees paid to support your professional development. What you will do: Provide thorough clinical assessments, diagnoses, and treatments for employees with musculoskeletal (MSK) injuries and disorders.
Categorise MSK disorders by their work-relatedness and deliver clear, impactful reports to management regarding fitness for work and any necessary workplace adjustments.
Lead on-site exercise sessions to support employee rehabilitation.
Collaborate and communicate effectively with the multidisciplinary occupational health team.
Conduct DSE assessments, offer proactive advice, and recommend workplace adjustments or equipment where required.
Identify workplace hazards, perform ergonomic risk assessments, and provide concise recommendations to support the occupational health team.
Engage in health promotion events, prepare reports, and maintain accurate records of assessments and treatments. About you: HCPC registration: Must hold current HCPC registration.
Experience: At least four years of post-graduate experience, including a minimum of two years specialising in musculoskeletal care.
IT skills: Strong IT proficiency and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Knowledge: A sound understanding of workplace ergonomics and excellent communication skills.
Personal qualities: Highly organised, customer-focused, and able to plan, prioritise, and work collaboratively.
