We are seeking an Advanced Social Work Practitioner to join us in a social work consultant role within our dynamic Families First Team. What you will do:

Partner with the Team Manager to oversee a team dedicated to achieving the best outcomes for children.
Develop the practice of front-line social care practitioners, maintaining and championing expertise in working with children and families.
Drive excellent practice based on research evidence and professional experience.
Support the achievement of improved outcomes for vulnerable children and their families.
Build and maintain successful working relationships with colleagues from a range of agencies.
