Working as part of a scheduling function, the Scheduler & Permitter supports safe, compliant and efficient delivery of work orders, task orders or client appointments (terminology varies by division), helping to achieve contractual, regulatory and customer performance targets.

- Carry out routine data cleansing activities to maintain accurate and reliable scheduling information.
- Update scheduling and operational systems with clear, timely and accurate notes.

- Communicate changes to plans promptly when work cannot be completed as scheduled.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and, where applicable, customers or client representatives to manage expectations.
