The Role As the Dispensing Optician, you’ll play a central role within the practice, working closely alongside the Optometrist and support team to ensure every patient receives a first-class experience.

Your responsibilities will include:

Delivering tailored dispensing solutions based on individual patient needs and lifestyle requirements Supporting patients with frame styling and lens recommendations Explaining lens options, coatings, and products clearly and confidently Providing adjustments, fittings, repairs, and aftercare support Managing patient expectations and ensuring a smooth patient journey throughout Working collaboratively with the wider team to maintain high service standards Supporting the day-to-day running and organisation of the practice where needed This is a role where your professional opinion and experience will genuinely be valued.
