An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced hospitality leader to join the team at a prestigious country house hotel in Surrey as Deputy Restaurant Manager. Working closely with the Restaurant Manager, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional dining experiences within a beautifully designed restaurant that showcases outstanding seasonal British cuisine. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a luxury environment, enjoys leading from the front, and takes pride in creating memorable guest experiences. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly respected property that is committed to excellence, staff development, and career progression. Due to the location of the hotel, you will need your own mode of transport.
Responsibilities
- Supporting the Restaurant Manager in the day-to-day running of the restaurant, leading, motivating, and developing the front-of-house team, ensuring exceptional service standards are consistently maintained, assisting with team training, performance management, and recruitment, helping to drive service excellence and operational efficiency throughout the restaurant.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Deputy Restaurant Manager, Assistant Restaurant Manager, or similar leadership role within a luxury hospitality environment, essential experience within a 5-star hotel or equivalent luxury setting, a hands-on leader with a passion for delivering outstanding guest service.
