Ipsen seeks a Clinical Program Director to lead global oncology clinical development programs across one or more indications. The role involves managing clinical teams, overseeing program strategy and operations, managing external partnerships, and ensuring timely delivery of clinical milestones and budgets.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop clinical teams including Clinical Project Managers, Monitoring Leads, and Trial Assistants
- Design and execute clinical development strategies with cross-functional partners
- Manage CRO selection, site strategy, timelines, budgets and resource forecasting
- Oversee clinical study delivery ensuring compliance, on-time completion and budget adherence
- Provide clinical expertise for regulatory documents and represent clinical operations at asset team level
Requirements
- Clinical development program management experience in oncology or pharma
- Team leadership and management capabilities for clinical operations staff
- Clinical trial design and operations expertise
- CRO and service provider relationship management experience
- Cross-functional collaboration and strategic planning skills
- Knowledge of clinical development plans and regulatory submissions
