Responsibilities:

✅ Step up with enthusiasm to deliver lively and engaging lesson plans when the primary teacher is away.
✅ Foster a supportive and uplifting learning environment through outstanding classroom management skills.
✅ Inspire and motivate students on their educational path, encouraging active participation.
✅ Create a safe and welcoming space for every learner.
✅ Adhere to school policies and procedures, with a strong focus on essential safeguarding measures.
✅ Share insightful feedback on lessons and student development with the teaching staff.
✅ Exhibit flexibility and adaptability in various classroom settings and subjects as needed.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

✅ Experience in working with children or young people in environments like education, coaching, or mentoring
✅ Strong classroom management skills and great communication abilities
✅ A proactive and adaptable attitude, ready to succeed in different school settings
✅ Ability to inspire and motivate students
✅ Enhanced DBS registration on the Update Service (or a desire to obtain one)
✅ Eligibility to work in the UK
✅ Registration with the EWC (or a willingness to complete the registration process)
