Nanny-Housekeeper

Job Summary:
A family-based household in Chiswick is seeking an experienced Nanny-Housekeeper to join them on a long-term basis. The role is initially 2.5 days per week, from 8:30am–5:00pm, with flexibility around the working days (Fridays are not required) and the potential for additional hours over time. There may also be opportunities to travel with the family in the future.
The family’s 18-month-old daughter is the priority, and they are looking for a loving, engaging and experienced nanny who is confident caring for toddlers. The role will also include maintaining the home, laundry and family cooking. The family has a friendly 9-year-old Pomsky, so the ideal candidate should be comfortable around dogs.

General Duties:
• Provide sole care for the 18-month-old daughter.
• Follow the child’s established daily routine.
• Prepare meals and snacks for the child.
• Plan and provide age-appropriate activities.
• Maintain the child’s bedroom, toys and belongings.
• Complete family laundry and ironing.
• Prepare meals for the family.
• Keep the kitchen clean and organised.
• General tidying and resetting of the home.
• Organise cupboards, children’s clothes and toys.
• Change bed linen.
• Run occasional household errands.
• Assist with feeding the family dog if required.
• Support with occasional family travel if desired.

• Maintain consistency with the family’s routines and preferences.
• Keep the home organised, tidy and well maintained.

• Be punctual, reliable, trustworthy and discreet.
• Build a positive, long-term relationship with the family.
• Be comfortable and confident around dogs.
• Help ensure the household runs smoothly and efficiently.
