ROLE: Multiskilled Shift Engineer
HOURS: 4 days on and 4 days off (full-time)
LOCATION: Dudley

We're looking for a Multiskilled Shift Engineer who will work with our Mitie client within a hospital environment, delivering a multi-skilled maintenance service across electrical and mechanical disciplines.

Role Responsibilities:

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance tasks across the hospital.
• Complete repairs, modifications, and installations as required.
• Maintain, repair, and calibrate electrical and mechanical plant equipment.
• Respond promptly to breakdowns, ensuring minimal downtime.
• Ensure all work is completed in line with health and safety procedures and site standards.

Required Qualifications:


Applicants must meet the below defined requirements for the role.

• NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or Maintenance.
• Strong understanding of electrical systems, plant equipment, and controls.
• Ability to read, interpret, and work from technical drawings and procedures.
• Self-motivated, well-organised, and keen to develop skills.
• Professional, respectful, and confident in raising safety concerns.
