We are seeking a motivated Healthcare Assistant to join a respected independent private clinic in Reading. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills in a supportive, professional environment while working across a variety of outpatient specialties.

About the Role
As a Healthcare Assistant, you will support consultants, nurses, and wider clinical teams to ensure patients receive safe, high-quality care. The role offers exposure to a range of specialties including Urology, ENT, and more, making it an excellent opportunity to broaden your clinical knowledge and gain valuable hands-on experience in a respected private setting.
This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about patient care and looking to build a long-term career in healthcare with genuine opportunities for professional development.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist nurses and consultants during outpatient clinics and procedures.
• Provide excellent patient support, ensuring comfort and dignity at all times.
• Prepare clinical areas and equipment before and after use.
• Maintain accurate records in line with policies and regulations.
• Work collaboratively with the wider clinical team to deliver smooth service delivery.

Candidate Requirements

• Previous experience as a Healthcare Assistant or in a patient-facing role.
• Must have Phlebotomy Experience
• Compassionate, reliable, and committed to high-quality care.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Flexible and eager to learn new skills.
