Construction Recruitment Consultant – Watford £35,000 basic + up to 30% commission Hybrid working (3 days in-office, 2 from home)360 recruitment role – perfect for an experienced billing consultant I am currently working with a fantastic recruitment business that’s looking to add an experienced 360 Construction Recruitment Consultant to their growing Watford team. Whether you’re placing blue or white collar professionals, this role offers autonomy, progression, and a rewarding commission structure (up to 30%, low threshold). What you’ll be doing: - Managing the full 360 recruitment cycle within the construction sector - Developing new client relationships through proactive business development - Maintaining and growing existing accounts - Sourcing top talent through job boards, LinkedIn, and referrals - Working closely with an experienced and supportive team What we’re looking for: - Proven 360 recruitment experience (any sector)- Strong business development skills and a confident approach - A genuine interest in the construction market (experience is a bonus)- Driven, self-motivated, and able to work independently
