The Role
This is an opportunity for a mid-level associate to join a busy and growing employment practice. The work will be varied, covering both advisory and litigation-based mandates, offering exposure to clients ranging from global corporates to senior executives. You’ll be encouraged to take ownership, participate in business development, and engage closely with partners and clients as part of a supportive, high-performing team.
What They’re Looking For
- 3-6 years’ post-qualified experience in employment law.
- Experience advising employers and executives on both contentious and non-contentious matters.
- Commercial awareness, client-focus, and a proactive approach.
- Strong communication and teamworking skills.
- Interest in business development and contributing to team growth.
