- Manage diaries, appointments and travel arrangements for senior leadership.
- Prepare and edit reports, presentations and correspondence.
- Coordinate meetings, including agenda preparation and minute taking.
- Act as the first point of contact for internal and external communications.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Assist in project coordination and follow-ups with relevant stakeholders.
- Ensure office systems and procedures are maintained and improved where necessary.
- Support the team with ad-hoc administrative tasks as required.
