The Role
Lead health, safety and environmental performance at our Featherstone site – driving a mature safety culture, strong risk management and full legal compliance. Working closely with the site management team, you’ll make HSE integral to how the site operates, coaching leaders and embedding personal accountability for safety at every level.
What You’ll Do

- Build a mature safety culture – coaching managers and supervisors, strengthening visible safety leadership and embedding accountability for risk.
- Ensure compliance and effective management systems (e.g. ISO 45001, ISO 14001, BRCGS where applicable), leading inspections, audits and assurance activities.
- Lead risk identification, assessment and control, and run high-quality incident investigations that find systemic causes and prevent recurrence.
