Customer Service Advisor – Waltham Cross

Are you an experienced Customer Service Advisor looking for your next opportunity? Do you enjoy speaking with customers, processing orders and solving problems in a fast-paced environment?

We’re looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join our team in Waltham Cross. You’ll be responsible for delivering excellent customer service , managing customer orders and queries, and building strong relationships with customers across our foodservice business.

Previous experience in FMCG, foodservice, hospitality, retail, logistics or a busy customer service environment would be advantageous.

What will I be doing?

As a Customer Service Advisor , you’ll be responsible for managing customer enquiries and orders from start to finish. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Taking and processing customer orders by telephone and email.

• Managing order processing and order fulfilment , ensuring orders are accurate and delivered within required timescales.

• Providing excellent customer service and responding to customer enquiries quickly and professionally.

• Assisting customers with product information, availability, pricing and order queries .

• Building and maintaining strong customer relationships .

• Updating and maintaining accurate customer records, order history and contact information .

• Developing strong product knowledge across our fresh produce and foodservice range.

• Working with internal departments and suppliers to resolve customer queries and order issues .

• Handling customer complaints and finding effective solutions.

• Identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products.

• Supporting customers throughout the full order-to-delivery process .

• Managing multiple customer enquiries while maintaining a high level of accuracy and service.

What are we looking for?

We’re looking for someone who is customer-focused, organised and confident communicating with people . You’ll ideally have:

• Previous experience in customer service, customer support, sales support or order processing .

• Experience within FMCG, foodservice, hospitality, retail, wholesale or logistics would be advantageous.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills .

• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.

• Confidence using email, telephone systems and computer-based customer databases .
