Property Manager – Wells, Somerset£27,000 Basic Salary + Bonus | OTE £30,00037.5 Hours per Week

Our client is looking for an organised, proactive and customer-focused Property Manager to join their team in Wells, Somerset.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys a varied role, building strong relationships with landlords and tenants while ensuring a portfolio of properties is managed efficiently and professionally.

The Role

As a Property Manager, you’ll take responsibility for the day-to-day management of a portfolio of residential properties, acting as a key point of contact for both landlords and tenants.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing a portfolio of residential properties
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants
• Coordinating maintenance and repairs with contractors
• Handling maintenance queries and ensuring issues are resolved promptly
• Carrying out property inspections and following up on any required works
• Managing tenancy-related administration and keeping records up to date
• Liaising with landlords regarding maintenance, compliance and property matters
• Ensuring properties are managed in line with relevant legislation and company procedures
• Providing a high standard of customer service throughout the tenancy
• Dealing professionally with any issues or disputes that may arise

About You

We’re looking for someone who is confident, organised and comfortable managing multiple priorities. Previous experience within property management, lettings or a similar property-based role would be highly advantageous.

You’ll ideally have:

• Previous property management or lettings experience
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong organisation and attention to detail
• The ability to prioritise a busy workload
• A proactive approach to problem-solving
• Confidence dealing with landlords, tenants and contractors
• Good IT and administrative skills
• A professional and positive approach

Salary & Hours

• £27,000 basic salary
• Bonus scheme with OTE of £30,000
• 37.5 hours per week
• Based in Wells, Somerset
